3.1 Password Security

3.2 Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or whenever 399bet deems it necessary, users may be required to submit a copy of their national ID or passport and address verification documents. Certain account functions may be suspended until this process is complete.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, 399bet reserves the right to reclaim that amount. The user is obliged to return the funds even if they have already been spent.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
• 399bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud is suspected.
• Transferring bonus funds to a third party is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Betting Terms

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 399bet reserves the right to cancel bets accepted in error due to a technical fault.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet is generally refunded.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will be settled at the previous odds.

6.2 Game Integrity

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

• There is no obligation to refund any bet amount lost due to a temporary service interruption, however each case will be reviewed.

10.2 Balance of a Closed Account

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of rules, the valid balance may be withdrawn. In cases of rule violations, bonus-related balances may be forfeited.
